Saphlux
US-based Saphlux was established in 2014 at Yale University to develop a semi-polar gallium-nitride on sapphire material technology for high-performance LEDs, MicroLEDs and laser diodes.
Saphlux also develops the NPDQ color conversion technology which utilizes quantum dots etched into the GaN LED itself.
